A 6 Month In-Person Program to Train You in Circling

This is your invitation to join the most rigorous training Authentic World offers, the training I am by far most inspired to teach this year.
The AW Train-the-Trainer is our behind-the-scenes opportunity to go exponentially more raw and uncut with those people most inspired and connected to the practice of Circling.
You can get very, very good at guiding people very, very deep.
You can get damn good at it, very fast, if you jump into it fully.
- Curriculum: A 3-day Weekend Intensive each month, led by Decker Cunov and Authentic World Team, where you will be trained in our core Circling practice, and given personal coaching and feedback on your work.
- Training & Group Coaching Call three times a month led by Decker and AuthenticWorld course leaders.
- Learn to Lead “Games Nights” and Your Own Circling Evenings to help build a commmunity of peers wherever you live
- Authentic World Facilitator Certification – You can be certified as an Authentic World Circling Facilitator upon course completion and passing a certification test.
- Tuition: $995 per month (discount if you pay all at once). $895 per month for members of the Integral Center.

I have very, very rarely found a style of supporting people with this depth of impact AND with such minimal contrived biases, models or belief systems that often come with the territory of ‘transformation’.
Our primary vehicle for supporting/coaching people begins by continually letting go of those models/belief systems/assumptions, and simply doing our best to experience profound connection with them.
By profoundly coming to “get their world”, layer by layer, you can actually help them get what their life is like in an increasingly clear and rich way.
The ways in which I don’t totally feel connected to you… not coincidentally they often highlight ways in which you aren’t totally connected to yourself…
And it’s a two way street…
By profoundly expressing my experience as I’m with them, we begin to invite each other deeper layer by layer, moment by moment.
Skill Level:
It’s an advanced training, and some of you have already spent years training and leading with us. That said, there are no pre-requisites for the series, we personally customize the intensives for each of you to make sure it meets you where you’re at and that it maximizes your time here.
Certification:
This series will teach you our most advanced interpersonal change work and the skills (and on-line playbook) for leading deep relating events for your community. If you reach proficiency in these very full five months, and pass the final certification, you will also be included on our website and gain access to an international network of community leaders focused on conscious evolution through the experience of being in authentic community.

How many course leaders?
1 for every 4 participants
Refunds/Absences
You can miss one weekend. Anymore than that and you can’t complete the course. If you know you’re going to miss a weekend, you can get a ⅔ refund on that weekend. Unnegotiated absences, you get a ½ refund.
Deposit
First months tuition is due by March 1, 2013 and payment is due on the 1st of the month for each month.
Invitation:
This extremely clean, powerful and efficient art form we call “circling” can be taught.
It requires you to go deeply into yourself, don’t think you can escape having your own life profoundly impacted as you learn how to ‘help everybody else’ (I already tried that).
The more open and aware you become the more you will naturally inspire others to do the same.
Some of the deepest circles I’ve seen with y’all…you cracked open without either of us saying a word.
It also requires that you learn, and practice intensely, the principles and fundamentals of circling.
That’s the 1-2 combo…get the fundamentals down, practice taking people *deep* many, many times AND get circled intensively yourself.
Know intimately what it’s like to be circled, the in’s & out’s of feeling resistant, of not feeling much of anything, of suddenly cracking wide open to depths you never even knew where possible… of living with a genuine humility and curiosity about what else you have yet to discover about yourself.

** Sometimes even students with advanced degrees and trainings, who are serious about certification, still require follow-up trainings to pass the final exam. That said, this is totally attainable in five months… in fact even students who come in with no training at all have completed the series more expert than their more experienced peers.
